Stage 1 of the RFP evaluation process has concluded. Of the vendors responding, the following three have advanced to stage 2:
Scripted vendor demonstrations will be broadcast via WebEx for K-12 district staff on the following dates – the process to register and provide input will be provided in a future update.
September 26 – 28: Vendor #1
October 3 – 5: Vendor #2
October 10 – 12: Vendor #3
A process for providing an opportunity for usability testing by K-12 districts is also under development – further details will be provided in a future update.
The Steering Committee reminds districts that October 15th is the due date to sign and return their IGA to allow them to make future purchases off of the resulting SIS purchasing agreement.
